That was nice I love that song, "I'd Lie" but there's a correction - sorry... ^_^ The line "His mother's beautiful" isn't it suppose to be, "his sister's beautiful..." or you changed it cause Zick doesn't have a sister...?

Cute, it's fun to see Zick get jealous once in a while. However, there are a few things I need to point out.

1. Your writing has improved! Keep it up!
2. It should be "whether" not "weather" so watch out for that
3. Try to avoid using slang eg. "... but he actually sang good!" you could change it to "... sang well!"
4. I think you made a mistake when you wrote "Elena woke up in the morning and saw the picture..." I think it should be 'her' and not 'him' unless Elena swapped genders xP
5. The plot of your fic seems slightly similar to the one written by author, -aGirlYaWoundn'tPlay-, who also based her fic on the song "I'd Rather Lie" by Taylor Swift so watch out for that.

Since you have made this fic into a songfic, may be you could either try using a different song, try a different approach when writing or even write your own lyrics!
