I am enjoying the story quite a bit, so far; it's pretty well written and it's definitely engaging. But right now, I'm wondering why *everyone* is so quick to believe Zod over Superman. How could GNN run a story with those allegations when they can't possibly have corroborating evidence (because there isn't any). That could expose them to a lawsuit for defamation. And why are there no voices in support of Superman? Also, I'm wondering why the U.S. government in particular assumes it even has jurisdiction to decide the matter of possession of the Fortress; the Fortress is not in the U.S. (is it?), and the matter is between two non-U.S. citizens (so far as they know). That's a really *astounding* display of hubris on the part of the State Department. I absolutely can't see how they have that kind of authority over the parties or the issue. Still a good story!

this is great just an idea i gt if u wanna use it or just be amused by it its fine by me . how u were sayn wen clark brought lois to his bed and she accepted giving him a son in kyptonian tradition they are married wat if something happens and now clark cant prove that CLARK not superman is the father of jason and he has to reveil to the world that lois and jason are his n all chaos break loose

Whoa, THAT'S a twist I didn't see coming! I don't think anyone thought of that complication with Richard impersonating Clark.

oh never mind my chapter 8 review I finally saw the part about chapter 7 - and the tape recorder. This story is very interesting, interesting adding complexity to Zod and trying to redeem himself seems like an premise that could prove a drastic challenge to Kal-El.

Is the last part of chapter 8 lifted from a previous chapter? It reads really odd. I think something is screwed up with it?

its good i like it the only thing that concerns me is the relationship of love w richard n clark/kal-el is undefined she loves clark but still w richard ?

*shudders* The interview with Zod is downright creepy. It's awful how megalomaniacs can justify themselves and sound perfectly reasonable.
