For some weird reason, I actually liked this.

I thought I was going to hate it, but I actually like the idea of a sadist Spock. I think it was the way you wrote his part, though. When putting Spock in an atypical role for him, or any character, for that matter, you have to get the wording for the character just right or else the fic will fail. You did this just right.
