Good story. What I think is interesting is I just came across another story where Dave and Jeannie get kidnapped and end up in a locked room together and then talk to pass time while they wait for their brothers to rescue them.

OMG this is SO cute! I love Dave stories to begin with, but this one is just so great. I loved being "in" on the secret, I loved the "reveal" and I ESPECIALLY loved Jeannie's final phone call! Thanks so much for a wonderful story.

Funny story. Really enjoyed the way you told it from both perspectives of the prisoners. And the "reveal" when they were found was eye-opening (to the prisoners, natch) and heartfelt at the same time. Thanks for a great read!!

OMG! I LUV IT :) THAT WAS SO FUNNY! (But on a side note, I thought Dave was older than John...)

I like the concept of the story and the characterization, but the shifting tenses (past to present and back again) gave me whiplash. Very distracting. If not for that, I'd say this would be a favorite.
