Very well written, the perfect length, and I thought the inserted thoughts were a very nice touch. ^_^

And, because this is so well-written, I'm about to offer some constructive critism and pray you realize I'm doing this because I like the story so much. The series of parallels that start with "better" (ie-- "Better not to cry, than feel") is really well done... but the "than" that you use isn't the correct one, gramatically. "Than" is for comparisons ("brighter than Tsuzuki's smile", "fatter than 003", like that), and "then" is for everything else. I just wanted to point that out, because everything else is so nicely done. ^_^

Here's hoping you do more! ^_^

At the beginning, this story made me wince. I was thinking, 'Oh Christ, I hate it when the character turns around and likes the rape.' That stuff ** me off in spades. But instead of something like that, I found myself faced with a well-written, lyrical introvert piece. And, hey, I liked it. I hope you write more in Hisoka's POV, because you do it well.
