OMG that was so good but so sad!

It made me cry! T^T

Well great story anyways.

Dang man, that's sad... Funny, I'd think Ranulf would be the type of guy who'd remember to pay his mother a visit every now and then, but then again he always seems to be doing something for the king.

Anyway, I like how this story manages to pace itself and gradually shift from a tone that's as happy as can be to a tone that's soul-crushingly depressing in under 10 words. The only grammatical errors I could find were a sentence or two that was a bit awkwardly worded, but the story was engaging the whole way through regardless. Thumbs up from me! It's a shame more people haven't checked it out. I know what it's like to write something good and then have hardly anyone read it.
