Completely cheating, you posted while I was on vacation! Normally I would've caught the author alert.

I never know where to begin with these stories. There was the brief mention of Jinx and Kori (and what a circle of friends!), the bittersweet images of the failed romance between Raven and BB, and the entire second chance between Raven and BB you tell in flashes--the porch, her wrist, the bedroom... "Medea" adds an entire other level to this story, for me, because it was a love story. A sad, horrible story about love that didn't work like it was supposed to.

Poor kids. It's never easy with the two of them, not when they're written half so well as this. (I still don't know where to start. I'd have to read it three more times (I've read it three already) to start picking out all the elements that make this so beautiful and sad and unified, and that just ruins the entire point of a good story for me.)

Beautiful. I'm not sure what else to say. Very well done, no grammatical errors (that I spotted, at any rate), and the characters are believable (if somewhat OOC, but that's creativity for you). Fantastic idea and subsequent execution. I hope you find the time to write more often.

My opinion of the story every thing until the end I think you should have BB and Raven forget about BB's new wife and just fall in love with BB.

You know, I saw the title and immediately was on my guard. Medea was... not a particularly nice lady, to the best of my recollection. While I haven't heard the song after which this is named, Raven doesn't particularly fit the mythological Medea. She's seeking reconciliation, not vengeance, etc.

Title issues aside, the behavior seems very appropriate. I can see Raven turning him away and being gnawed away by the terrible trio of Jinx, Star, and guilt. Sadly enough, I can also see Garfield forgetting that he's married for long enough to make that particular mistake. At least Rae didn't let him remember, a considerable kindness on her part.

Wow...this was awesome! I liked your more...realistic approach to their reunion if they had broken things off due to Raven being afraid of loving him. Most stories out there are WAY too mushy and things just work out too well. I liked how you wrote it and how the angst just permeates the ending :-D. I think if you were to write a sequel, to do it from Gar's POV and how he feels about having an affair with Raven. Keep up the good work!
