I don't know how to describe this story in any words other than...awesome! ^_^ I am loving this story to pieces (no pun intended), & I hope to read more of it soon! :D Keep up the good work! :)

P.S.: I don't know how recently you changed the rating, but if it has to do with the last chapter, I don't think the references are explicit enough to garner that rating. I mean, to me, they appear very subtle, & actually rather candid enough to not be of a noticeable nature, although I suppose our opinions may differ...Just offering my view on the matter.

Great story, and very well written! I've become very absorbed in it. Please keep adding to it, I've just got to know what happens! :) I love the three little boys, especially Alexander and Simon. As a previous reviewer mentioned, the three sons each have a little of Basil in them, both physically and personality-wise. (I can see Olivia in them too.) And yet, each of them is very much an individual. Despite his gruffness, I can tell that Basil cares about his boys deep down. The parts where Basil gives the boys a bath and does a puzzle with them were very cute. Good job!

LOVED Cliff's plan to extinguish the fire - a chip off the old block for sure...

a cute moment in how you inserted the photo from canon into Basil's memory box... and not only because it's one of my favorite moments from the movie.

Happy to see you've continued on with this one - it's turning into a wonderful story.

Loving the boys... can clearly see the Basil in each of them (physically and personality-wise) but they all hold their own very nicely. And Cliff - what a firecracker... he better watch it before Basil uses his Daddy voice for real!

Very well done, and a fun read. Eager to see what will happen next!
