Ohgi and Lelouch are quite the cute pair when they interact this way, and the development is smooth so your "stalling" has been enjoyable to read ;]. Especially when Ohgi is day-dreaming like a school girl - funny stuff, LoL!
It's nice to hear from other characters - those poor side ones get forgotten a lot. As for Mao, I'd say he's IC (I didn't care for the whole Mao thing either). The only thing I feel I should point out (b/c my inner nerd is rather tenacious about these things) is that Mao doesn't have black hair, it's grayish.
Anyway, great chapter!!

I love this idea – Ohgi and Lelouch, and the soft effects of Stockholm Syndrome – and the flower metaphor you’ve been integrating. All of it comes together really well with the help of the excellent character portrayals. I’m glad you didn’t make Lelouch like Villetta; otherwise I don’t think this idea would have worked – but you are doing a fine job of making Lelouch seems soft enough to help the bonding between them grow, even as Ohgi is greatly confused b/c this is technically Zero he’s caring for. (And I also like how much you've involved Naoto, too. That really helps Ohgi's character I think.) ^^ I really do love this story. I can’t help but wonder what will come of all this in the end…
