You handled Ezra's instability and Chris's volatile temper quite well, in my opinion; Ezra, with his refusal to give in, his stubborness, and his fear of regection; Chris, with his frustration and fear about what has happened to him, and his unwillingness to trust a 'theif' and a conman. I guess you could say that I really... FELT this story. Well done, and I hope that you will write a sequel of some kind, or a one-shot in this universe within the near future. :D
