Yay! a happier beginning for Harry and adults acting like adults! Two things I often enjoy in stories. i liked his encoutner with Luna, it seemed just right for two kids their age.

I loved the bed size comment. Luna is one of my favorite characters and I truly enjoy your portrayal of her. I hope to see more soon.

i loved it.i can't wait to see Vernon and Dumbledore's reaction when they find out That Harry is no longer at Privet Drive.i can't wait to see Vernon's reaction when he finds that he and Petunia have been arrested on child abuse and endagerment charges and that it's all Dudley's fault.

The one thang I do not get is when Harry went shoping, he did not goto Gringotts first to get money.

Oops, poor Dursleys! I have always felt uncomfortable with JKR's rather 'jolly' treatment of Harry's abusive relatives. I felt she wrote it with a Dickens tonuge-in-cheek humor, which is never appropriate when writing about kids. It's a relief to see it addressed sensibly. I'm all for seeing poor Harry catch a wave from Fate, rather than remaining her "Bubba".

It's about time that Fate got off the patuckus and helped Harry out! I LOVE that he's at the Manor and the Dumbles doesn't know about it yet! And the Dursleys are getting the old one two punch in their 'normal' lives! YEAH! And now Hedwig is a Pheonix! GREAT! And Luna is his friend, this is awesome! POST MORE ASAP! When will he meet his other friends? And will the Weasleys be friends or not in this fic?
