Tremendous. Lyrical, sweet, beautiful. A tragedy. I agree with the previous poster that the amnesia kiss was rather cheesy, but effectively, now, it's canon. So I like the way you worked with it.

Wow. That was heartbreaking, sweet, twisted but remained steadfastly on track with Lester's version of 2. I still think the idea of the memory kiss though is cheesy and liked the Donner version of 2 better reflecting the whole father/son journey, rebelling against his father, turning back time to save her, turning back time to protect her, the whole cyclical journey but I enjoyed the parting words at the end. You let the reader get into his head and his decision and you could feel the guilt, regret and longing in Clark that ultimately leads to his decision to leave earth.
