That was good. I didn't figure out who it was until the end.

You've managed to capture something in your story that I never have: a complete suspense where it's hard to guess the character. I thought it might be Spike or somethin', till I hit the part about being a girl. Then I thought along to Willow. Then Tara. Even Anya. The answer was one that I wouldn't suspect, and you managed to drop clues without giving it away. It was perfectly executed, I think, and the ending just made me /laugh/ with how wrong I was. That last part was perfectly in character for her, too. I love it.
