This I have to say is completely idiotic.

As a gay man myself... I hate vaginas.

I have female friends, but I don't fuck my female friends so it's alright.

I have a pansexual friend (meaning he likes girls, guys, transgenders, genderfucks, WHATEVER), and he doesn't give a shit about where he's putting it or getting it so long as he IS- because, to him, it's the connection and pleasure that counts.

So this story works... You'd just be making House pansexual (or fluid... there are a billion names for it). Which, in retrospect, isn't any worse than making Hugh Laurie gay...
