Aptly named story "High Anxiety" indeed! I absolutely loved this, the characters you created and the interactions between them all, it was just so well written! Esme and Carlisle deserved a medal for putting up with the antics of their 3 sons. :) Even so, when I read the first Epi I nearly had a heart attack and couldn't believe I had read all those chapters for things not to work out how I was hoping. To go through so much together and then for Edward to end up marrying somebody else literally had me yelling "Noooooooooooooo!" Hubby thought I had lost my mind when I tried to explain this to him. Although it all ended up the right way around by the end of the second Epi I do think the story ended too quickly. A bit more of them happily together would have at least helped me to sleep a bit better after reading that first Epi - I think you've scarred me for life! :)

Thank you so much for this beautiful story! It just took me the whole week to get through it and I couldnt stop. There were so many moments when I laughed my ass off, when I was yelling for them to get their shit together, when I was really sad for them or when I was bawling my eyes out. wow. this story has totally captivated me. I began it last night before bed and I have gotten very little else accomplished (even an 8 hour work day didn't stop me!) i read this story every time I wasn't in a meeting or taking a call today on my smartphone (thank you FF for mobile option!). This story has made me cry so many times, and LOL at the lovely Jasper/Xanax and Emmett story lines as well. Adding to my fave stories right now!

I feel kinda slow now but does the reference to them reading 'To Kill a Mockingbird' in English have anything to do with Edward's predicament? It's quite similar to Mayella and Tom.
