 Gogolu 2009-10-31 . chapter 3Amusing. |
Anon 2009-10-30 . chapter 1 To tell you the truth, I'm glad you aren't continuing this story. It just is... really terrible, in both concept and execution. The way Xander prattles on to the JLU in the first chapter is very off putting and sets up the equally disappointing second chapter. I sincerely hope you dedicate your time in better endeavors in the future, be it in your other excellent fics or otherwise. |
Wonderbee31 2009-10-30 . chapter 3This was fun here, and enjoying Tea quoting the book of Xander, which sounds like a very fun read to me. |
TardisIsTheOnlyWayToTravel 2009-10-30 . chapter 3Xander dropped the civilians off at a police station and continued on into the suburbs, as he passed a birthday party the clown in the backyard fell over headless much to the children's delight.

Hah. Kids for you.

“He's got a clown cranial compression field around him?” J’onn asked in disbelief.

aznblackhowling 2009-10-29 . chapter 3Great story. Too bad it is completed. I hope you will have a sequel. |
addicted2text 2009-10-29 . chapter 3>>“No storming Hell!” Batman ordered and received a chorus of disappointed awws. “We have too much good we need to do on Earth before we can even consider that.”
It's scenes like this that makes me love fanfiction so much.
Seriously where did the idiots that control the gates of culture and publishing get this idea their public wants to see heroes to 'moral' or too weak to do what must be done? The good guys deserve to win handily once and a while too you know! In the case of this fic I see no overkill or no gary stuing going on here.
The forces of evil have been so empowered in fiction of late that whenever someone comes in and uses what knowledge they have of the world to change things for the better everyone screams gary stu to no purpose! When the enemy is so overpowered it is only natural for the heroes to receive empowerment to defeat them. It is only just and right for them to make use of this power, rather than sitting back and allowing bad things to happen when you could have prevented them.
C'mon dogbertcarroll! Take a page out of Uncle Ben's book and remember that with great power comes great responsibilities and continue this story! Oh and if you could see fit to give us more from the _Book of Xander_ I'd be much obliged! |
 addicted2text 2009-10-29 . chapter 2This needs to be continued. |
 addicted2text 2009-10-29 . chapter 1BWAHAHAHAHA!
>>I noticed Gravity was feeling a bit down
How did I miss this the first time I read this? Your writing is great, like watching a Mel Brooks film--there's always something new you missed the first time around! :) |
Tigee86 2009-10-29 . chapter 3Ahh, finally. I've been waiting for the next chapter to come out. Of course, now I have to go back to waiting for 4. Curse my sense of anticipation! |
scott pike 2009-10-29 . chapter 3I was giggling through most of this chapter. True genuine laughter is worth continueing this series for that reason alone. If you decide to continue it I would love to see future adventures. |
Daniel14541 2009-10-29 . chapter 3Yay! It an update! Seriously good chapter you have here. I especially love the black hole part and the trial! |
