I love it. I wish this had happened in the book. I always hated that Harry was only really friends with the Weasleys and Hermione. Maybe you could make an extended version of this with a CormacHarry pairing?(please, please, please!) It is so rare to find HP slash stories that aren't HPSS or HPDM. Or even HPLM.

I love this fic. I've never seen Cormac portrayed like this and it's very interesting. I also like how you gave him depth that was missing from HBP. Thanks for sharing.

I loved the concept of this story. I loved how Hermione came dangerously close to learning to act with arrogant illegality and I LOVED how she was 'sat on' for it not only by a Harry who wouldn't stand for the dishonesty but even Ron himself - furious that his competitor had been tampered with, not to mention everyone else in the hall.

But what I loved above all and always look for in fics (for it is as rare as a fist-sized pearl) was the part where Harry opened himself up to OTHER PEOPLE as friends. Where he made connections with people outside his narrow little world. The Golden Trio was always something that bugged me in the books and it's such a relief to see this Harry doing better.

This is great. I wish you would make a long fiction out of it, because a well-written fic where Harry had a larger circle of friends starting at the beginning of 6th year could be a great difference. Especially one where the emotions and the characters read real like yours do, and not just a list of spear carriers.

Your Cormac was SO much better than canon!Cormac. This was a very story, as was your story 'Ashen Knights'. I don't think I've seen Harry as a Nundu before... Keep up the good work!

Very, very, very, very good! I don't usually read friendship fics, but this had such good reviews I had to read it. Well that and the fact that I didn't fully realise that Harry and Cormac weren't going to get together! But that's just me somehow not noticing the genre! Like i said this one-shot was very good and I love how Harry realised that he isolated himself and that he had the guts to make new friends. It would be good if the story was extended with a CormacHarry pairing. It's really rare and I've only found two others, so if you know of any could you pm me please? Or any other rare pairings where Harry is the sub? Thanks in adavance! And again I loved this story and I'm glad I read it.

Completely awesome! Of course, since there's no romance it's not completely fantastic lol! I more than half wish you could have continued with your original plot and had them get together somehow. Lol, it is a great story by itself though!

This is different from most of the fanfiction that I have read, however I must say this is a good thing!

A marvelous study of behavior and introspection. I think that bif we had these kinds of revelations the world would be a better place. Great writing as always and an even greater logic with sound reasons for everything that happened. Thumbs up!

Very nice - and an interesting corkscrew on a side character! Harry's realisation of his own isolation is probably my favorite part of this fic, as it isn't something usually taken note of.

Perhaps this isn't the usual type of romance, but it definitely is a good story and leaves room for a follow-up fic if desired =)
