Edward's guilt will be endless. And if this was how Bella came to be a vampire, her agony might cling as tightly as Rosalie's burdens.

I've never been much of a crier. Books and movies get me every time, but when it comes to RL sometimes the tears just won't come no matter how much I want them to. So I can imagine how infuriating that must be. Not to be able to have that catharsis while grieving the lost of a child.

Very intense! And it shows how losing a baby can tear you apart while your partner stands and watches. It is a very different grieving process. Even more so if you are a vamp. Thanks!

Drabbles are fun - it's amazing the impact they can have with such few words. I found myself thinking about this one after I read it.

great job capturing such a heart-wrenching topic. people suffer loss everyday so while some may view it as dark or depressing, i see it as cathartic. very nice keeping true to the characters as well.
