I've been meaning to review this sooner, but as usual, my PC started crushing down at the least appropriate moment. :( Nevertheless, here's your well-deserved opinion:

Writing poetry requires much, much more talent than writing ordinary fan fiction. Well, guess what – it seems to me that you have a natural gift for doing /both/. As cliché as it may sound, this poem was simply beautiful; Kuja sounded so sad, so melancholic, so... *thinks of a better word and fails miserably* ...Anyway, I loved how you handled his bitter-sweet thoughts, /without/ exaggerating the whole angst going through his head. And yes, the ending was perfect – again, not exaggerated (since you avoided saying anything directly), but at the same time incredibly powerful.

It's 10/10, Sforzie. I'm a huge fan of your writing, and it's official, I'm afraid. :)

-wimpers- oh my god that was good! I always saw Kuja and Zidane in that way, Kuja hating Zidane to the very end the in the last second learning to love his brother T.T *bawls* I love you so much now!

BooHoo ! that's so sad ! *talks through her sniffs* i have a suggestion *sniff* for the last two lines of the second last stanza, "Just before I hit bottom You caught me" Would it sound nicer if it goes "You caught me Just before i hit the bottom" ? *sniffs* just my two cents worth.

Ugh. I'm such a suck for poems. I really liked this one. Goin' in my faves ;) I sort of thought that Kuja may have felt that way ( I'm a huge kuja stalker..er...fan )

I wish I had someone reading that to me right now... It's very sad it makes me think of... sad.. stuff... I guess.

Probably because I'm kinda sad right now.. (you know, the whole relationship crap and stuff) but... I like the poem... I saved it, and read it when I'm sad... (no offense, but it sounds like you have it much worse than I do)

And its.. all really very good.

You make me want to play FFIX again (I, too, have been working at FFX)...just to see Kuja. O.o Great poem-the diction was very powerful. It conveyed Kuja's emotions very well (made me want to hug him. *grins*). Great job!

Oh doll, that was so sad! I read it first (and didn't read the disclaimer at the top, because I am a moron) and kinda freaked, but then I read the disclaimer, and calmed down.. And it made sense.

I like it very much, you're getting Kuja back, of course, you never lost 'er in the first place, she was just.. sleeping. For like, three months.. Actually, trouncing around with the name 'Mother' I suppose it was...
