Poor pukey Dean! I love him passing out... and Sam assessing him all skillful and concerned-like... and that Dean has the presence of mind to know that if somebody's feeling for his pulse, he's doing worse than he'd thought.

Oh. Oh yes. This I like. I love Dean thinking "That bad?" And being on autopilot - automatically assuming they were hunting and he got knocked around. And throwing up on his brothers shoes - insult to injury. Beautifully done!
