This is a good story. I am curious what the world will be like when Merlin awakens. Please don't forget about this one.

I love this story so much, even more so the last line in the first chapter.
It's wonderfully explained, and you have to feel so for poor Merlin.

WOW! I really like how you twisted Arthurian legend. This is such a brilliant idea, I can't wait for the next chapter! The best part was how you fleshed out Kiva's character. (Sorry, I am calling her Kiva because I can't remember/spell her real name.) What would really be interesting is for Kiva and Merlin to develop a romance over time... it would be kinda tragic beacuse Merlin would have to keep sleeping and Kiva not, but they would still get to see each other. I guess it would be a love at the hands of the gods. And it could be feasible because Merlin is the only person Kiva can turn to, and vice versa.

Now, a quick suggestion: tell more about Kiva's past. Her story was really short... you could either lengthen it or in future chapters have her tell Merlin about herself in more detail. But going into her past a bit more would definately add to the story.

Also, I hope Merlin gets to see Arthur again! If not forever, just to say goodbye and explain what's going on. I feel kinda bad for him...

Oh, and are you going to show what's happening with Arthur in Avalon? Cuz I'm kinda curious about that...

Wow, Isis! I really love the first chapter, it totally draws you in. I'm kinda glad you glossed over the first eight years since Uther's death... if you had done step-by-step chapters, it would've been much to long. I'm worried about Merlin though- it sounds like he's in some sort of time warp! And poor Arthur... it's so sad that he's fallen apart!

Well, on to the next chapter!

Wow...that's all I can really say...it was so...perfect...I felt Merlin's frustration completely, having to leave the place and ones you love is a terrible thing, and especially so when you cannot prevent it.
I absolutely LOVE this fic. I CANNOT wait for more.
PS: I recognized the song at the end immediately! :D LOTR is BRILLIANT! That was defiantly a good choice in songs!
PSS: I just had to say, cause I can't keep quiet any longer, your description of things, the way your words flow, everything is just...just...well, its professional, for lack of a better word. I sincerely hope you get a good amount of reviews for this because you undoubtedly deserve them.
