This is really, really good! Beautifully written, articulate, and very true to Hakkai's (well, technically Gonou, but I shall call him Hakkai because I want to!) character. I loved being able to read his thoughts like this, and his reactions. This is really a wonderful piece that really complements cannon. Excellent job!

"He’s talking. I must have stopped listening at some point. How rude of me." The last phrase made me smile. So typically Hakkai, haha!
