Pretty good. I'm a fan of fast at the beginning with deteriation over time and depending on elements and how bad the wounds are at death.

Liking the story so far keep it up. Let see where this goes.

Good first chapter. If you still haven't decided on fast/slow zombies personally I would go with fast. The thought of them are just scarier. Keep 'em comin' looking forward to chapter 2.

Great first chapter. I can't speak for anyone else but I know that sometimes I find shorter chapters are just easier to read. I found the first chapter was set up very well. You ended the chapter with some action which was great. I also like the fact that it is set in Toronto. I'm looking forward to seeing how your characters and the story developes.
