Just out of curiousity, are you planning to ever continue your "Personality Conflicts" arc in Power Rangers? I really loved that arc and want to find out what's happening next. Just curious.

This was uber awesome- I really liked the various speculations of the police officers...of course, none of them could possibly guess the truth behind it, but for the info they've got, they're pretty awesome. I loved the bit about not listening to Mouri about 90% of the time ^_^ And how they've picked up on Conan's cute act. ^_^ Very cool. ^_^

I think the fact that the dispatchers have a code for him says everything right there! Fantastic, as always!

Ne, are you going to expand this one-shot? I'd love to see how the new guy acts when he meets Conan for the first time.

I really loved the idea. The police can't have NOT noticed this stuff, that Conan thinks he manages to trick them out of thinnking. I'd love to see this expanded. :)

OMG! It's been awhile seeing you post new stuff. I'm enjoying all of the small shorts you've been posting. Yeah, the entire police force seems to obey Conan all the time. ;P

love your writing, and always hope for more . . . but i think i like the DC/MK stories best. ('course, that's probably because it's what you've been writing most recently.) the outsider/Yamashita makes a great viewpoint on stuff Beika cops take for granted.

favorite lines include (but are not limited to):

". . . Satou-san . . . judging from the glares he was getting from the rest of the men in the division." he may not know *why*, but he's picked up on that much subtext!

". . . without the assistance of sleeping detectives, teenage detectives, mad inventors, or grade-schoolers with large glasses." "Er...kanpai?" 'From bishis and chibis and explosive inventors, may the kami deliver us!' (ought to be some way to throw 'megane' in there.)

"Sataou-san! Don't scare him like that." gentle-hearted Takagi, giving the newbie the plain facts.

". . . you'll recognize him because . . . he'll be standing within 20 feet of a corpse looking for evidence." "According to proper forensic procedure." "Did you know he's got the rest of the group carrying evidence bags now?" "Are they labeling them correctly?" "They let Conan-kun do the writing." (it's so hard to fit 'blood-spattered garrote' on the label when you're writing block letters in crayon.) great dialogue!

'This was some sort of prank on the new guy, right?' now *there's* a plot bunny!

well, yes, that is more reasonable than the truth.

This cracked me up so much. The perspective was really refreshing. I loved the part where they mentioned the dispachers code and his sugar-coated kiddie act.
