Feuerkindjana 2009-11-22 . chapter 25wonderfull! very good conversation - oh and really love the last part :-D LOL |
MadScientistGirl 2009-11-21 . chapter 25Wow, 2 milestones in one chapter. They fainally had the talk and Wilson said he was sorry. And they kissed, as an added bonus. I wish that this was really on the show, beucase I would really love to see the expression on the nurse's face. |
Sokerchick 2009-11-21 . chapter 25Evil House and Wilson making that nurse choke on her gum! LOL.
I loved the last bit. All the twisted logic that got both of them to where they are both wanting the same thing and not being able to get out of their own way. I'm SO glad that they finally did. Well written, as always. |
chicagochicklett 2009-11-21 . chapter 25Wow. This was an intense chapter. The two of them were so frustrating (much like the time in Nolan's office), going back and forth. It's odd but good to have House being the one on the "talking" side - wanting to talk about stuff, wanting to get things out in the open. Normally it's Wilson trying to get House to realize his actions have consequences, but this time it was reversed. I'm proud of House for really being able to honestly look at his life and relationships, and for once he was the one recognizing and admitting to things. I'm glad he pushed so hard and finally made Wilson do the same - I think Wilson thinks his motives and actions are pure or at least tries to convince himself and others of that. But deep down he needed to recognize his wrong doings.
Love the way House wanted Wilson to admit his love. Glad one of them finally said it! And the kiss -- boy they came a long way from the beginning of this conversation to the end. Beautiful. |
Housecall 2009-11-21 . chapter 25Stop! Stop! You're turning me into a Hilson! LOL
Awesome last line, by the way. |
passionfornight 2009-11-21 . chapter 25That was a fantastic chapter. Perfect emotional rollercoaster ride. One moment confusion, the next very sad, followed by cute, which is rounded up with a touch of humor. The perfect chapter. |
Visitkarte 2009-11-21 . chapter 25God, you scared the hell out of me. I believed House might let Wilson hang like this and wake up alone in the waking room. Not, that he wouldn't have deserved it, but somehow I couldn't picture House being that heartless and not suffering himself because of it, too.
Yes, I always taught he was 'the better man'. I'm glad they did it, that they resolved that one. And I think talking to dead people is much easier than talking to the living ones. It's not as if they're going to start a fight... |
 Brighid45 2009-11-21 . chapter 25Wow.
This is huge. This is amazing. This is what we should be getting on the series. This is . . . great. And leave it to these two to have their first kiss in pre-op. Perfect.
Beautifully written. The tug of war between the boyz was so powerful, I was on the edge of my seat the entire time. Love this. |
Babyjay17 2009-11-20 . chapter 25Oh, this was so good, so necessary, so satisfying. They really needed to do this and it couldn't wait any longer with Wilson going under the knife. So many authors of "House" fanfic tend to demonize House or Wilson in their stories but you are able to strike a realistic balance as to who is at fault for what at any given momment. We readers see both sides of the story and so do you. Well done. Thanks for writing this. |
tricia-j 2009-11-20 . chapter 25So much love for this chapter!! I'm so glad I looked at my email one more time before bed to see the alert. |
 Potterworm 2009-11-20 . chapter 25loved this |
Jihime47 2009-11-20 . chapter 25You packed all the things I love about this pairing, wrapped it up in angsty paper and tied with a fluffy ribbon.
Thank you. |
micetea 2009-11-20 . chapter 25House picks the worse place and time to hash things out") I'm glad they had that talk and that he'll be there for Wilson") Great chapter! |
Visitkarte 2009-11-16 . chapter 24Don't tell me this is based accurately on the real spoiler... I kind of stopped reading spoiler lately because I got details I never wanted to know beforehand...
I loved how House discovered real fear by the idea of mortality. the Idea of Wilson might dye on him must be terrifying and I loved the idea of Dr. Nolan being there for House, just as House has been there for Nolan... I loved every single word, so I won't be able to quote a favourite quote. |
Brighid45 2009-11-16 . chapter 24Poor Dr. N, standing out in the storm having a session with House through the door . . . LOL!
I can just see House sitting with Wilson in pre-op, rigorously avoiding eye contact and snarking away, but hanging onto Wilson's hand for dear life.
Excellent chapter. Thanks for posting it. |
