I have sometimes daydreamed about Qui-Gon lying next to Obi-Wan in bed and holding him lovingly, but not in a slashy context. It makes a difference to hear love spoken rather than only shown through actions, and this is portrayed well. I am happy for them both here. I think it is telling that Qui-Gon never truly left Obi-Wan, not even after death.

i think i would be cool if you wrote a fic about the mission to Trieklis (i think).. i like this fic a lot, but it might be cool to see how they got there...
