Yay! There was another chapter!

I began to appreciate how you're keeping all of this within canon. Three moments that Bella and Carlisle happened to share around the novels.

I'm glad I finally got the sense of Carlisle saying good-bye, but (don't hate me!) now I don't have it from Bella. In the last chapter I felt that she was "open" to the idea of releasing him, but hadn't made up her mind. This chapter tells me that she isn't ready to let him go.

But I completely respect that you concluded it there. :)

Very good. I liked this much better than "Torn." The feeling was there and unavoidable. You are an exceptional author and I hope to see you grow and develop in your stories. I would also like to note, for the sake of it, that unlike many other FanFiction authors, you have great punctuation and grammar. I don't think you can tell you will never write Twilight stories again...it's a little hard and I think one day you will have new ideas ( I hope )
