I love this story! The only sad part was catching up to where there isn't another chapter waiting for me. It was an abosulte delight, raising questions like what was happening on Earth, to an enjoyable meeting of the SG crew with Rygel. I love your treatment of Rygel and General Turralde as well. Nice touch with the hyperspace/starburst comparison. All in all a fine story that I hope will continue. Thank you for writing it!

An absolutely delightful chapter where I was glad with the use of Critchon's repution -and- how Vala was treated. In fact all the characters continue to be true to canon in this non-canon story. Thank you for writing this!

Ah, being one of the few on the planet who hasn't seen the Terminator series I -just- got who the other Cam is. Nice job, while I'm unfamiliar with that franchise I still felt as if I am getting a lot of the nuances that perhaps a fan would get immediately. Very good intro into tormented space. Looking forward to the next chapter!

A marvelous set up chapter and it does have a feeling of setting up, without lacking enough substance to stand on its own. The humor was wonderful and not over done. A good balance. Thank you for writing this!

This.Is.Awesome! Love the way the two franchises were woven together. Each complimented the other so well including how Cam and John were handled. Perfect. Characters as written were well done, leaving no jarring 'so and so wouldn't say that' moments. It didn't just make fine reading, but certainly enticed me to want more (which I see there is more!). Thank you for sharing this!

This will be a rather...'lengthy' review, offering both criticism and Praise. I feel this story has great potential in it and would love to see it progress. As such it deserves more then just a 'good job' or 'this sucks'. Before I get into the heart of this review I can't help but comeback to a comment the Author made about adding 'The Sarah Conner Chronicles' as a means of attracting more readers to this story. Let me assure this Author that there are 'more' than enough Stargate and Farscape fans out there who love both shows and remember them fondly. I am one such person. So that being said, I salute you for writing a story that tie in both universes in a very eloquent way. There are sadly far too few for my taste. Now to the heart of my review.

Well I've read chapter 4 and 5 and while both of them are good, I grow more skeptical of the SCC part, which is IMHO detracting from the main event. Let me start off with a few constructive criticisms before I go into the praise. There is something that really bugged me, that of the 'skeleton' crew aboard the Odyssey.
As a Military man myself, well...let me be straight to the point; A crew 'that' small makes absolutely zero sense. You are essentially sending Earths 'flagship' into an extremely volatile region of the Galaxy. A ship that is not only armed with the most advanced weaponry and shields the Uncharted Territories have ever seen, but the Asgard database, intergalactic hyperdrive technology and the Navigational data that could lead any hostile, who might happen to try and take the ship directly back to Earth and the source of more of that technology. Those ships are the most critical aspect of planetary security, and while you stated a superb reason for the Odyssey to undertake this mission to the Uncharted Territories, the fact it isn't fully manned, and 'doesn't' have a full contingent of Marines or Air Force 'Security Forces'...well, again it makes no sense.

Another criticism, but this one is mainly my POV, so feel free to discard it at your leisure. Is that of Earth freely using the Asgard Beaming technology? Earth should know by this point that Beaming technology is not a common technology in the Uncharted Territories. To use it so freely on Hyneria...where word is sure to get back to the Peacekeepers and the Scarrens, strikes me as a year one rookie mistake a veteran team like SG-1 shouldn't have made. Not after the numerous **-kicking’s, and complete FUBAR situations they've encountered over the years, before finally learning something though osmosis. Direct translation, finally getting their act together. This just didn't feel right. They probably should have used a Puddle Jumper to fly down, say hello and asked for Rygels help in finding Crichton. If things went FUBAR, and considering this is SG-1 that’s probably more of a 'when' things go FUBAR. They'd have an advantage to fall back on. Now they've pretty much shown all their cards. In short Earth has guaranteed to make themselves a target in the Uncharted Territories...and word has a nasty habit of traveling fast there.

Now onto the Praise.

I'm rather impressed with your portrayal of Rigel, now that he's regained his thrown. Rigel is, as always, a keen and shrewd politician looking for that perfect advantage. Now he just might have found it. An Alliance with Earth, considering the kind of firepower a 304 has at its disposal, would all but guarantee Hynerian territorial integrity. He also seems to have mellowed out a bit. Now that he's back in power and the numerous experiences he's had on Moya seems to have broadened his horizons. The touch of sympathy for Ka Dargoe’s passing was nicely done; it’s just like Rygel to do that. In short I think you have captured his character beautifully. And I quite look forward to a blossoming relationship between the two powers. Earth really needs non-human allies to show is people that not all aliens are out to get them. The Asgard were awesome in that regard, but now they are gone and Earth needs more positive interactions with Aliens to show that it 'is' possible. I think you've laid down a good foundation here.

I do have some questions though. Just before Crichton left Earth for the last time he left all his notes on...well everything. From complete technical details on numerous technologies to his many experiences with the many Alien Races in the Uncharted Territories. That wealth of information would be invaluable to Earth on this mission. What exactly happened to it?

And what about some of the Technology Crichton left behind actually finding its way into the SGC’s use? I can tell you that an F-302 refitted with a Hetch drive would radically boost its performance. Not to mention that bird needs some better guns. And personally I can see Aeryn Falling in love with it. IMO a 302 is far more maneuverable and has better acceleration than a Prowler, but lacks its overall speed and firepower. And since Aeryn is an expert on Peacekeeper technology...dare I say she could be an invaluable 'technical advisor' to an upgraded 302 project? Not to mention that you never know when a 304 might need one as well. It would definitely give them some tactical flexibility. It’s just a thought but it gives you a few ideas in which it isn't just Crichton contributing to Earths Growth. Feel free to use or discard as you see fit.

All in all I have high hopes for this story. It has remarkable potential for rich storytelling and I really do enjoy it. Your work shows a lot of promise and I can't wait to read the next update.

Best Regards

Just stumbled onto this from your post on the TSCC section. Looks like an interesting story. Fun seeing the reactions of the SGC crew as they begin to realise how involved John has been in that section of the galaxy. Not to sure exactly how TSCC ties into this, but I did rather enjoy the Cam/John moment; so I hope soemthing comes up to tie them into this story more.

This is a really nice crossover between stargate and farscape. It's very entertaining. But not sure why you have Sarah Conner Chronicles in it. It just distracts us from the main crossover.

I also live the fast update that you did.
