At least Castiel did the good thing, to get Dean back to Sam to stop him. So now he has to face the music for it, but he did it for the right reason. I bet his last thoughts were "Oh Shit" LOL

Yeah! I strongly think the brothers' bond was what really matters to Cas. And to think he had to face the archangel to protect the brothers, I almost think he was the boys' big brother. And definitely their guardian angel, whether Dean like it or not.
