I thoroughly enjoyed reading this oneshot. Your characterizations of Hurley, Sawyer, Spinelli, Jason, and even the characters merely mentioned are spot on. The multitude of nicknames coming out from both Sawyer and Spinelli were fun and innovative. I like that Jason was able to best the smoke monster in such a gangster way and in a manner he would typically shrug off. I am eagerly anticipating a sequel...there is going to be one right? You seem to have laid the ground work for one with Ben plotting.
