Whoo! Good story! Good ending! Good everything!

Seriously, I REALLY enjoyed this little excursion into the astral realm. Twas much fun. _ And your artwork is just amazing. I'm tellin ya, it's people like you and Spectra who make people like me want to give up!

Fascinating! I loved the way Nny was shown just starting to make the first steps toward recovering his artistic talent and his own self. And it was touching to see Squee reassured at the end.

You wanna know what I think, eh? I think this ending was well worth the wait. _ This story (and, obviously its counterpart 'The Soul Project is, without a doubt, *the* most creative and original JtHM story I have ever experienced. And 'experienced' is surely the proper word to use, rather than the inexpressive 'read.' There is not the smallest molecule of cliché to be found within the plot, something you should be very, very proud of. Even more amazing than the physical, event-based plot, however, is the more subtle, emotion and thought-based psychological drama that truly brings the characters to life (reminiscent of Ms. Hambly, whose works you so kindly recommended to me, I though. .). It's hard to keep Johnny C 'in character,' especially when placing him in a completely new kind of situation (I have personal experience, as you know .), and you, to my mind, are one of the most successful non-Jhonen-himself writers to do so. And Pine! And Xenofen! Such interesting new creatures with such wonderfully complex characterization! Ack-I could just keep on praising and praising all night...but tomorrow's move-in day and the parent-things want me in bed ASAP. Meh...blame them for my not being able to say all I want to about this awesome work of fan-literature'tis 'literature' on account of it is much better than your average fan-'fiction'...especially that of the type *I* write). And so I bid you goodnight and say to you with the utmost sincerity and admiration, 'This story beepin*rocks*.' Thank you, and may the luck of the insane pyromaniac leprechauns that live in my basement be with you always. O.o...leprechauns...?...Zim! What in Amaretasu O-mikami's name have you been *doing* down there?

Woohooooo! Xenofen rocks! I liked him when he showed up in your e-mails to me, but in full-out story character form...wow! He's just so great, standing up to those arrogant fae-types...apparently even among so-called 'higher beings' there are humanlike flaws... Once again, you amaze me with your characterization! Normally, I don't get attached to other people's original creations, but time and time again yours have drawn me in and made me want to just cheer and cheer them on. *clicks ahead to the next chapter* Hi-ho, Silver!

Well, looks like 'Nny and Pine are gonna have some help...that's good. But 'Nny doesn't trust them. That's...not good. But since when has *anything* ever given 'Nny reason to trust it? The great writing continues-you're so talented with emotional subjects, my friend. I can really 'feel' your characters. Right now I feel sad. Whee! I like the thought that humans were once able to visit the Faery world, but now we've lost that connection for the most part. It seems plausible-I mean, where else would we have gotten half the stories we pass down through the ages? Oh...I hope things turn out at least semi-well in the end...

Hooray for 'Nny-kun! Aw, the glowy lights are freaking him out...well...yes, that's probably a normal reaction...and he's figured out how to sue his mind as a weapon! But that's...because...O.o...no longer has a corporeal form...man! That's a rude awakening, and no mistake! Still, this all might lead to a greater understanding of the nature of his existence and whatnot, and to figure that all out has always been a goal of his, so maybe...ack, I can't possibly say that having one's soul violently wrenched from one's body might be a good thing...but yet...onward to the next chapter!

Whoa, yeah, let the battle begin! Go you astral people! Get down wit'cher awesome selves and show those stinking evil humans the error of their ways! I love this story... _ Your original characters are great, and I can't wait to find out more about them. I am feeling so incredibly bad for Todd-kun right now...I gotta read on to see what happens!

This series of stories (Soul Project as well) is just stunningly original. Literate, engaging, touching and chilling by turns. A fascinatingly different take on Nny. I'm on the edge of my seat waiting for more! (big soulful eyes
