France you never insult a mans cooking, no matter how bad it is. Yes your a sap but it was quite cute so the sap isn't as bad with teh added cuteness. Yes i have no idea what i am talking about :D

I love it...absolutely love it! It's sweet, angsty, a little fluffy--everything I crave when wanting to read a story. You have definately made my afternoon much, much better!

There is one thing I want to point out, however. Countries are generally personified as female (the whole "mother land" thing, I imagine) but because Arthur is male, you will want to use the word "beau" (which is the male form of beautiful) instead, for "belle" is female.

That's my only complaint. Overall, you've written something absolutely beautiful!! :D
