'nother great story. I liked the part where Hermes dissects an aspect of Kino's loner personality. Suddenly, Kino's the listening half. Good change.

I also liked the other two characters as well... they tie back to your other story and just, somehow, fit in with the atmosphere. I think it's the general short story skills you have - less is more. With just a few words I have a clear image of these "minor locals".

I hope you get more readers, cause you deserve it.

Heh that was a cute little one shot, I hadn't realized all these kino fics were connected but it makes sense in a kino kind of way. Your explanation is amusing in the reactions and the ending of 'may or may not be a dream'. A pleasant little one shot.
