Beautiful. I know you wrote it nearly a year ago and I really don't know how I managed to miss it, but I'm glad I found it now. I also like the idea of his treatment at Privet Drive changing once they find out he can do magic. I had never thought of that before.

I am glad that you decided not to change the ending. I think it would have discredited the overall feeling of the story.
