Nice. I liked it a lot. My only qualm is that I think Joss planned to do this in season during season 7 rather than at the end. It makes sense because, would Xander ever forgive her for not bringing back Anya? Especially since Anya could have been sent to a hell dimension based on her former acts as a vengance demon.

Yay I would've had her wish for Angel or rack her brain until she found a way for them all to be possible with one wish that would be so cool.
One thing, what happened to Kennedy?, I never really liked her but still Willow would have considered her after the shock of Tara being back and the smoochies.

As far as plot lines are concerned, Joss should have added this one into the script. Despite what Buffy would have wanted, she decided to use her wish unselfishly for her friend, and that's admirable.

This is a cute story, I enjoyed it.
