“I can't wait till I'm grown up,” whispered Tristan.

“Neither can I. Want to know why?” responded Siegfried.

“Why?” came the faint inquiry.

Siegfried smiled wryly in the darkness. “Because, Tristan, when you're grown up, you will finally cease to annoy me.” He softly closed the door.

Ha! More fool him! Tris is twice the trouble he used to be! But he loves him anyway. Cute story!

I love this story! Not that I want to distract you from Here There Be Dragons, because it really is amazing, but some more young Siegfried and Tristan stories would be a welcome addition.

I particularly like your introduction, it really drew me into reading the rest of it, especially as I had an odd picture of Robert Hardy sitting on Peter Davison's chest to begin with! A very interesting and rather amusing picture, without a doubt.
