yay for sam covered in blood and mud, and deliriously sick!dean, i really enjoyed it. and YES, dean needs to accept that sam gets to look out after him too. he's in denial because sam's been looking out for him everyday for years and years and years. (well, pretty much every thursday, AT LEAST)
