I really love this. SO much. Because I love Seth/Summer with the rest of them but damn if I didn't wish there were more variety in fanfic.

I'd kill for a Seth/Taylor but this? This not only almost makes up for it (well almost, because how can people not see the potential but I digress) and it's just.. you got Kaitlin down. And the unhappy ending, as sad as it was, seemed right.

I'm this huge Seth/Summer fan and I'm blown away.

I actually can imagine this happening. Every scene, every word uttered, everything. You made it so believable and kept them both in character. You made Kaitlyn grow up in a way that you kept her the same Kaitlyn we knew from the show. And you wrote Seth in a way that's still very much him - Summer loving, confused dork. Everything was brilliant. I loved everything. I wish more Kaitlyn/Seth stories were on this site. I feel like I'm betraying the Seth/Summer tandem but you just made this pair so lovable that I just, I want more. LOL. Anyway. I just wanted to write how brilliant you were on this story. Epic. :) Cheers! :D

ugh. that ending was so not what i wanted.
lol, but this was great. one of very few kaitlin stories that's kept my attention. very well written, and the characters were portrayed perfectly. you did a wonderful job. now, turn this into a chapter story and i'll love you for infinity, lol.

At first (as others said) the pairing felt odd and unusual, but that changed quickly and smoothly. My favourite part about this story was the gradual pace of it. It flowed really well and was neatly tied together. Plus the summing up of the relationship at the end was quite tender and charming.

I really thoroughly enjoyed it. Hope you find time and inspiration to write more OC fics :)

What a beautiful story! I never would have thought about Seth and Kaitlin together but you make it totally believable. I never was a big Kaitlin fan but you did an awesome job of taking a character I never really cared for and making me care about her. Awesome job!

omg. words cannot even say how much i loved this. i pretty much decided to review after reading the first paragraph.

now, im usually strictly seth/summer but i find that if a story is this well-written and beautifully constructed, it really doesnt matter what the pairing is. you kept seth and kaitlin very true to character, and i thought the banter between them was hilarious. i LOVED the tattoo moment. interestingly enough, i was really rooting for them to get together, but i think the ending you chose was perfect. you made me fall in love with seth cohen all over again. Great job!
