*cry of frustration* No, it's been two months since an update! Sam didn't get kidnapped in LOTR was it a modern-day Shelob? What about Gollum? This is almost as bad as waiting for the third movie to come out.

I don't know if you've already decided, but I like the idea of Gimli being Cajun. New Orleans and all that. Just a thought, if you wanted to run with it.
