Holy crap. I read this story without seeing the genre, or reading the author's note, and I have to say that that was an amazing reveal! I thought Stane just had some obsession over Pepper, and the mermaid thing didn't occur to me until Pepper transformed! My jaw literally dropped. Great job there.

Nicely written. I really enjoyed it. Pepper as a mermaid...now there's an image. I liked how, although very original and AU, it still felt realistic. The dialogue flowed very nicely, especially between Tony and Jarvis.

Anyway, again, great job!

Wonderfully written! Very original idea, though I did have a WTF? moment when Pepper dove into the water with the skin, but just because it was so unexpected!
