Aw. This makes me sad.
I saw the episode summary on wikipedia for the premiere of the next season. Just like Gibbs to pass it off on Tony and McGee. xD.
But anyhow, while decidedly sad, I liked this fic. I think you wrote everyone very in-character... especially Ducky at the end, and Abby.
