This story is interesting and is actually the first Pokemon Fic that I read in a while that has caught my attention, so I think I'll try submitting a character.

Name: Kain Andyle

History: Kain was born and raised in Celadon City, but disappeared at the age of 5. His parents were also found dead at the time of his disappearance. Kain for the next 6 years would spend his life travelling with and learning from the man who had taken him from his family. Kain would then reappear at the age of 11 at a scene of a crime, but with amnesia. He remembered nothing of his past or what he had been doing the past few years. All he could remember was his name, Pokemon, and the skills that he had picked up over the years. After being found he spent the next few years being reintroduced to his family. 3 years passed and Kain still hadn’t remembered anything until a week before he left home, where he had a series of small flashbacks of places he had been to but couldn’t remember when are how.

Pokémon:
Volx, Manectric (male, Starter as an Electrike) Was with Kain at the time of his abduction, Volx is one of the few who knows what had occurred in the past years that they were missing. In the first year after Kain was found, Volx was always serious and protective of Kain. He would lash out at almost anyone unless told otherwise. But nowadays Volx seems more laidback and relaxed, though he is still serious when needed. Volx also seems to attract the attention of the opposite sex though he is oblivious to this.

Lia, Leafeon (female, Obtained as an Eevee) Won at the game corner. Seemingly always calm, patient and polite, she believes that arguments can only be solved in two ways: through peaceful negotiations or through “forceful” means. Whenever she is angry or forced to use force her personality almost reverses. Everyone in the group fears getting her angry.

Kyu, Vulpix (female, Hatched from an egg received from Sheena) A gift from Sheena when Kain first began his journey. Kyu is very curious about her surroundings and often gets distracted. She is also naïve and easily impressionable. She knows the move Energy Ball thanks to her parentage.

Sharos, Gengar (male, Captured as a Gastly) Sharos is a prankster at heart, and enjoys causing trouble for anyone other than Kain. One of the few that knows about Kain’s past and was caught prior to Kain’s reappearance. Kain also uses Sharos to increase his intimidation factor when needed.

Zan, Teddiursa (male, Captured as a Teddiursa) Zan is cheerful, fun type as well as a glutton. He loves to eat all sorts of food especially anything with honey or Kain makes. He gets extremely angry and aggressive should anyone steal his favorite foods.

Axcel, Metang (male, Captured as a Beldum) Axcel is the silent manipulative type and speaks only when he feels like it even if it’s at a time that he shouldn’t. It enjoys watching the team’s antics though sometimes he would join them as well. Kain caught Axcel mostly because it frightened the hell out of Alicia and his stalkers and ever since it evolved has become Kain’s flight Pokemon.

Appearance: Somewhat long black hair kept in messy low ponytail, with bluish green eyes. He wears a navy blue short sleeve hoodie with a black stripe along the sleeves and two white crescents that entwine in a spiral-like design on the back. The inside of the hood is white, and he wears a long sleeved black shirt under the hoodie and black cargo pants as well as black fingerless gloves. Kain also started to wears glasses though he doesn’t really need them to see, in hopes of not attracting much attention.

Personality: Generally laidback and cheerful, Kain enjoys travelling and having fun. He is usually polite and kind to people he meets for the first time, though that usually ends after the first few minutes or so. Kain, although is generally cheerful is actually very insecure about who he is, and what he was like before the amnesia. Knows many different essential survival techniques (cooking, finding food/water, earning money, etc.), though has no idea how he knows it. When need he can be extremely manipulative and intimidating, using peoples fears, guilt etc., pretty much anything to get the desired outcome. He is unsure of how to act around his cousin Alicia, whom he is pretty sure likes him more than family should and is frequent customer at the Celadon Game Corner and would go whenever he could before he left, though he denies he has a gambling problem.

Battle/Contest Style: Kain focuses on strategy, improvisation, and chaining attacks when battling, but the longer he battles and/or the more stressed he gets, the more aggressive and brutal his style becomes even if his most Pokemon aren’t use to the style.

Goal: To become a gym leader or an elite four but is also determined to find out about his past, though he fears that he might not like what he finds out

Type: Trainer though is well versed in breeding

Anything else you want to mention: When he was 12 he started noticing that members of the opposite (and some of the same) sex seemed to stare and follow him around. This lasted until he actually started to get "hit" on by some of his more forward "stalkers". Since then he has developed sixth sense (much to his ire) were he can almost always tell well someone is "dangerous" is near.

Use the OC if you want, I hope to see more of Sophie's insanity in the near future.

PS. I hope the OC is not that Sue-ish since i didn't know how i really wanted the character to be.

Yay! This was a nice birthday present, even if you didn't know it. Good chapter. God, Candi never fails to make me laugh. Or your OPs, those are always good. An idea that I have for one might center around Oak's interactions with some of Ash's Pokemon that are there at his lab. Or maybe one featuring Tracey. Maybe focus on Brock as he tends to his Onix after Sepo bit the horn thingy on top of its head? Or Brock hitting on Nurse Joy and the Chanseys going after him because of it. Cause, well, we know that something like that would happen to him, especially on this site. So now's as good a time as ever to make Brock look stupid. Nothing against him personally, I enjoy his character very much, but everyone in this story is going to get made fun of some point it seems. ^_^

History: no parents, raised by her aunt, her sister gave her her first Pokémon (Spearow) when she was eight. The first mission (robbery) she went on was breaking into the Rocket Game Corner at night and stealing a Clefairy from a small cage. It ran away when they got out, but gave her a Moon Stone as thanks. The Rockets upgraded security after that though, so she couldn't free more.

Pokémon:
Terror / Fearow F (Keen Eye): Troublemaker, Ileah's accomplice in their misdeeds, has a sharp mind (Mirror Move, Aerial Ace, Agility, Thief)

Angel / Meowth F (Pickup): Refuses to evolve. Kindhearted to a fault, disapproves of Terror and Ileah's pranks. When a friend is threatened though, her personality reverses and she becomes a devil (Pay Day, Slash, Screech, Thunderbolt)

Bones / Houndour M (Flash Fire): 'strong and silent type', he's silent, but goes all-out in every battle, considers going easy on an opponent an insult to them both (Fire Fang, Bite, Thunder Fang, Dark Pulse)

History:Yuki is an unwanted child, the result of a one night fling in Veilstone City. Her real mother hailed from Snowpoint, and when Yuki was born, left her in the care of the Snowpoint Temple Maiden. When Yuki was 8, an Abomasnow attacked her, and the Snowpoint Temple Maiden was killed trying to protect her. After that, Yuki took the Maiden's Sneasel, Kuro, and fled from the city in order to escape having to go to an orphanage. She caught a ride on Snowpoint's boat service to go to the Hoenn region, where she lived on the move until she was 10. During that time she managed to get a Treeko, by means of stealing it from Pokemon thieves. (Kuro froze them in place using Blizzard, while Yuki freed the stolen Pokemon, keeping the Treeko for herself) After 10 she decided to go to Kanto, where she procured another Pokemon, an abused and emotionally/physically scarred Charmander. Right now she is taking on the contest challenges of Kanto, at the urging of her friend from Hoenn, Sarah, a pyromaniac that set the Petalburg woods on fire once.
Pokemon:Kuro(female Sneasel)Kuro once belonged to the Snowpoint Temple Maiden. She is very mischievous and will often steal food, money, or items from trainers. These she will bring to Yuki if the trainer didn't notice or if it is an expensive item or something that will be missed, she will hide it on a person in the vicinity, often a traveling companion of the person or Pokemon she stole the possession from. Her favorite items to steal include jewelry, good food, and even a trainer's pokeball, often with the Pokemon still inside of them.Around her neck she wears a locket made of gold that holds a picture of her former master and Yuki. Moves: Blizzard, Quick Attack, Thief, and X-Scissor.
Kokoroki or just Ki(male Treeko) Kokoroki was taken from Pokemon thieves, but instead of being released back into the wild, Yuki decided to keep him. Probably the oddest of Yuki's Pokemon to date. His name translates to spirit tree, and he loves to screw with people's minds. He is a Treeko with a dark green bandana around his neck. He loves to play different songs on grass or leaves, if only to hear Yuki sing. He's a bit of a pervert, and will hit on practically any female, be they human or Pokemon, which usually earns him a slap or tail flame to the face from Sarah. There is the rare occasion that he can be sweet, but they don't happen often, so don't expect him to be all warm and fuzzy unless he's using sarcasm with it. Moves: Grasswhistle, Pound, Energy Ball, and his personal favorite for kicking a Pokemon's **, Double Kick(It's an egg move that Treeko's can learn)
Sarah(female Charmander) a Charmander that had been abused and abandoned by her trainer. Because of this, she carries numerous scars on her body, the most prominent of which is one that goes over her left eye and down her muzzle. This also resulted in her having a timid personality around humans and Pokemon, often flaring up her tail flame and swinging it around in front of her. The only Pokemon and human she is not this way around are Kokoroki and Yuki. Despite her timid nature, she angers easily and when she becomes angry, it's a whole different Pokemon you're dealing with. When Kokoroki hits on someone, she will slap or hit him with her tail flame. Because of this, Kokoroki will tease Sarah about having a crush on him, and while she vehemently refuses this to be true, he is actually dead on and just doesn't know it. (Yes, Charmander and Treeko can mate. Weird, huh?) Around her neck is a black bow with a gold bell. Her name is taken from Yuki's friend, Sarah.
Appearance:Shockingly green eyes and pale blond, almost silver hair that she has up in a baseball cap. When out of it, it goes down to her waist. Thin, light weight, attractive build with very, VERY pale peach skin. The rare times she dresses as a girl, you can see that her waist is curvy, and her bust, about a 'B'. She looks graceful, but is a humongous clutz, with the ability to not only trip over her own feet, but choke on half, maybe even less, of a grain of rice. Because she is so pale, her eyes are an even brighter green. They are framed by long, dark eyelashes. Her eyes are actually her most striking feature.
Clothing: Black baseball cap with a blood red circle and a silver cross in the center of that. Her tee-shirt is also blood red, but has a sleeveless coal grey vest over it with two pockets on either side, the zippers being little silver crosses themselves. The vest is unzipped, and that zipper is a little silver cross as well. Her jeans are black, frayed at the bottom, with pockets above the knees in the same fashion as her vest. On the right knee is a large rip. Her gloves are blood red, and her sneakers are black with silver embroidery the make the shape of a skull. The jeans have a chain belt with fake blood stains (at least that's what she tells everyone) on it.
Personality:Detached, distant, some even go as far to call her cold, but she is really just protecting her heart. If you get her very mad, you may want to run, as she can become homicidal, due to her schizophrenic side being very much like a killer, and this side being activated by rage. Once she opens up to you, though, she is very sweet and will do her best to make sure that you stay safe, even risking her own life. That is how she received a long scare that runs across her middle, going from her left upper rib cage area, diagonally down to her right hip. This was giver to her by a Scyther, and because of this, she is afraid of most bugs, but hides it behind a mask of indifference. When you first meet her, she comes off as uncaring, but if you stick around long enough, she will warm up a little. Ironically, she hates cold wheather, even thought her name means snow. Translated fully, it means snow of the moon. The reason she dresses like a guy is so that during battle, people won't be afraid to go all out on her, because she has noticed throughout her travels that girls are often treated more gently than guys, especially during battle with a stranger that isn't a Gym Leader. Everyone mistakes her for male, but eventually she will either reveal to them that she is a girl(if she feels calm with them knowing) or more likely than not, her cap will fall off during a battle due to a Pokemon's attack or something of the sort.
Battle/Contest Style: Her Contest style combines power with grace and beauty, having each of her Pokemon have a specific style for contests. Most of the time during the battle segment of a contest, she reverts back to her full battling instincts, vaguely remembering to make her Pokemon look good while fighting. She does her best to have her Pokemon look naturally good, opting to feed them Poffins and PokeBlocks made from homegrown berries, which she always has more than she knows what to do with, so she will sometimes give some away to trainers that she sees have a good relationship with their Pokemon, rarer ones if that trainer also catches her eye while they battle. Yuki also prefers to treat any injuries her Pokemon receive during battle on her own, using berries and berry powder to heal them.
Goal: To become someone that Pokemon trust naturally, and also to help any Pokemon in need, whether they be hers, a friend's, a rival's, a stranger's, or an enemy's.
Type: Officially she is a coordinator, but also mixes in some aspects of Pokemon Breeding, such as making her own recipes for food and nutrition, as well as making sure Pokemon are in top condition and perfect health.
Other: Yuki loves to sing and plays the flute, and will accompany Kokoroki during contests as he uses Grasswhistle. She always competes in contests as a girl, under the alias of Liliana Moonstell. Her contest attire is a white knee length dress with no sleeves and light blue lace around the waist with a light blue chiffon shawl around her shoulders and light blue lace ribbons on either side of her head. Her hair is down and always just washed, making it look even brighter, the silver tint highlighted. Her shoes are light blue sandals with a white snowflake for the buckle, and she has a snowflake necklace on. She has to wear glasses, but usually wears contacts instead. During contests, she opts for her glasses, which are frameless and oval.

The battle was so intense! I liked how you described it with enough detail so that I could imagine it and yet, you didn't drawl. Overall, it was nicely paced.

One tip, though: try not to use too many commas. For example:

You can rewrite it as "Her wrist snapped forward in a blinding motion as she sent the Club spinning at the Slowking, cracking it on the head and enveloping it in the same, creepy light." That isn't the best replacement, I know, but in my opinion, it flows better.
