Beautiful. TenTen and Neji in an essence. Though he is slightly less emotionally stunted in Shippuuden.

Wow, this story blew me away. I really liked how you led up to the proposal and how Neji had this thing about unpredictability.
There were just some grammar issues, everyone has them so don't worry.
There were only 2 minor things that bugged me:
1) "The first time they have sex, they are twenty-two." It just didn't seem to flow well (to me of course, my opinion).
2) "...he whispers gratefully before warning her to about when he asks for children, since his proposals have always been strange" I think you should reread that sentence, it seems kinda weird.
Anyway, I thoroughly enjoyed your story, I hope to read more from you. - anonymous
