This was perfect. One of the best Sam POV's I've read and it really helped fill in that gap of what happened after Sam walked into the first motel room alone.

I liked this! (And the previous three chapters I just read as well). Particularly in this chapter I liked the way Dean took Sam's situation so seriously, and advised him to handle it differently than he did - yet didn't regret the way it turned out for him. My favorite line was, "He felt pinned down by Dean’s stare, wished to God he hadn’t stopped the car. If he knew anything about his brother, he knew that stopping the car always meant a serious discussion. Dean didn’t have many of those, but when he did it meant it was majorly important to him." Very well written. Thanks for posting.

Such a sad chapter but oh so true... for once Sam knows what it feels like for Dean when Sam left... but that doesn't mean I don't want Dean to forgive and forget. *sigh* I loved the little scene you put in from when Sam was 13... very cute. Looking forward to more!

Aw poor Sammy. I really hated that part of last nights episode! I am so mad at both of them! Sammy for siding with a demon in the first place, and Dean for not forgiving Sammy. T^T
