I don't normally review stories, but I thought you might need some motivation to continue. I must admit, I will be rather upset if you do not continue. It's rare that a story captures and holds my attention from the first scene like this; you are a marvelous writer, and I often go back to read over this chapter when I'm frusterated with bad fanfiction writing. I hope you are not too busy to update at some point (even if it is not within the next few weeks; fall semester is killing me, so I have great sympathy for slow updates at this point). This is such an excellent beginning to what appears to be a great story.

you made eriol a bit complicated... but i love how he turned out. tomoyo-chan looks really good here, her personality is still the same, yet added with a touch of royalty that we all knew she would have had if CCS would have focused a bit more on her. great start!
