Truth to tell, I'm not really an FY fan because of its diabetes-inducing romance between Miaka and Tamahome, but I did watch it because the seishi were so cool, especially Nuriko (well, except for the fact that he had a thing for Hotohori 'cause I'm just not used to that sort of stuff). Anyway, I don't have to tell you that your writing rocks because you already have a ton of people saying that. The descriptions are very vivid, and the way you handled issues such as Reijirou's sudden doubt over his *ahem* preferences are very well done. And a big congrats for pulling off an OC such as Risako. I found myself actually caring about what happens to her, as if she were really part of the FY universe. And I really liked the chemistry-it doesn't have to mean romantic or anything, although I'm hoping it would be-between her and Reijirou. You've managed to create a believable character despite the weirdness of their situation. Nicely done!

But I do have a few nitpicking to about your story. First off, when are you gonna update? It's been a long time-but then again, don't do so if you're going to sacrifice quality. And another thing, it's good that the conflict is starting to pick up again. I was afraid you've lost focus on the external conflict-that is, Akihiko and his threat. It's time for the story to focus on that instead of what goes on inside the characters.

Other than those, I really don't have any complaints. In general, you've produced a well-written piece of work that I'm sure many people will enjoy long after it is finished (it *will* be finished, won't it?).

Hello! I read this wonderful story of yours about a year ago, but then didn't get a chance to read the chapters posted after then. I told myself I would reread the whole story to refresh my memory, then read the new chapters someday when I had time, and that someday...was today! _

I really like this story, and especially the most recent chapters. While it was fun to watch the group collect seishi and reincarnates, and watch each pair's reactions, it seemed a little bit like the plot with Ashitare was getting held off. But now with Nakago's cryptic message and the kidnapping of Keisuke and Naora, that aspect of the story is starting to pick up again.

I really like the various characters you've created for this fic. And *thank you* for giving the reincarnations the same initial as their old names, or there is no way I could ever keep track of so many characters! I don't know how you keep all their personalities straight with so many, but you do a wonderful job of writing each one distinctly.

Anyway, I'm really looking forward to the next chapter of this. Sorry that this was such a vague/general review - I usually like to give more specifics but I've been at the computer all day and I'm feeling a little brain-fried. Maybe with the next chapter... Anyway, can't wait to see what happens now that everyone has been collected and Ashitare has made his move! Hope to see a new chapter soon! _

This is a cool story, but I'm still getting all the character's names messed up. Especially all the people with "H-names". I like how you're making Nuriko, it takes *really* good writing to make me like him, so good job! And I'm not a Nuriko-hater- he was my second-favorite until the Boshi Twins showed up, it's just most Nuriko stories are bad.

That was mean, what you did to Keisuke and Naora. I know, you're mean to your characters, but Naora's four! So mean...

Just wondering, but are Subaru and Tokaki your favorite characters? I mean, they show up in here, and they're the main characters in Normal Market Day, which, by the way, is one of my all-time favorite fanfictions. I just wanted to tell you that since my last review for that story was a reaction to Motoki's death (is he *really* dead?), and Toroki's injury (please don't kill him!).

So, yeah. Normal Market Day is cool. And I shouldn't be reviewing for it in the Rebirth And Regain section. By the way, Tomo was pretty cool, how you made him. And the twins are cool, but then, they're my favs and it takes a lot for me to say they aren't. And Chichiri and his reincarnation are cool- he's one of the guys who I mess up the name of. "Hokusai, who is s/he again?" Is Hokusai even Chichiri, or is s/he Subaru's new name? Hey! I've got it! I'll go check your nifty little who-is-what thing on Chapter Twenty-something!

*blinks* woah... That's...a lot to wrap the brain around in one chapter. I like how you included in Tomo's thoughts how he knew exactly what inflections and expressions to use to manipulate the reactions of his 'audience'. A nice touch! And that was a very bold move for Ashitare... Evil cliffhanger! The locks of hair seem... well, it certainly drives the issue home. Feels like they're being tortured, though. Great writing, as always!
