What a gorgeous piece! This is the best AkuRoku I've read in a while, and I loved every minute of it. Those two are my favorite pairing, and it's always such a joy to see someone write them with such skill. ^.^

Ah God! I had been told I should check out your stuff before but I could never make up the time to sit and breath and now I regret it very much. This was one of the most well written things I have ever read. It's incredible how easily and simply you were able to render Axel's point of view, his emotions, his doubts, his fears, without falling in the cliché of the self loathing 'attacker' (sorry, I can't come up with a better word); Roxas' reactions were perfect as well. Well measured, calm, mature enough to be completely believable, almost easy going. Boy, I confess, I'm so jealous xD I always struggle with my characters because I tend to make 'em always such drama queens... but this isn't about me, but about this story. That is one of my most loved stories of all times.

The fact they both headed for the same old place is such a delicate touch, too. I loved how Axel almost had his answer right there, when Roxas came. And the meeting at the café, too, was perfectly done. Awkward enough to be completely plausible. And I adore how the love scene is almost just hinted, but can convey all those feelings anyway. I'm really pleasantly (*cough*shocked=D*cough*) surprised, and since I still have some free time, I'm going to read something else of yours right NAO.
