It's funny how Akira and Hikaru get lost in their own little world when they argue.

well, this is nice story, and the smart one.

I liked this. I'm not really sure why, though that's not to say it wasn't well written or clever by any means. Just, at the end, I felt like I had just read a really good piece of fanfiction. Probably because, as simple as the story reads, the ideas and the meaning behind the story are a lot more complex. That's the feeling I'm left with. So, thanks for uploading! I really...haha, I really liked it!

It's very interesting to see Shindo through the eyes of these characters. I especially loved the lighthearted Touya Kouyo drabble. *grins* But the other ones were very good too, especially because they were all so different.
I think together these little scenes capture all the different aspects of Hikaru and of the Hikaru no Go series; the confusion and frustration of characters like Waya and insightfulness of Isumi, Hikaru's rude truthfulness but also the sad, broken side of him that came out after Sai left him. The part about Ochi also seemed to be spot on; the Ochi that appears here is like a logical continuation of the one that demanded the match against Yashiro in the prelims.

Um... so basically, I really like it! ^-^

I enjoyed 1 because I always like when people remember that Shindou loved Sai and probably loves Touya but ISUMI was the one who saved him. (Plus, I'm kind of evil and I enjoy Waya's pain. Heh.) I giggled at 2 because that is SO Shindou. 5 made me feel kinda sorry for Ochi which is quite something. I mean, I've never really disliked him, but I never really felt all that bad for him either. But you know, kudos to him for keeping his dignity and accepting it.

3 completely and utterly broke my heart. My poor, poor Hikaru. That probably IS part of why he won't take it now, isn't it? Oh my darling Hikaru. *sigh*

I have to admit though, as much love as I have for 3 and for the others? 4 is what made me actually leave a review. Because OMG. TOUYA SR. FTW! I laughed so hard I actually choked. Will DEFINITELY reread. XD

I've been waiting for someone to write about their bickering in front of the other pros. It's as hilarious as I thought it would be!

Very nice! Good insights into the characters - I think you hit all of my favorite aspects. The, "You finally know you don't deserve it, huh?" line was killer. (Poor Hikaru!)

OMG I died laughing over the fourth scene. It's just so Akira and Hikaru and Kouyo and Ogata watching and just wow. Hilarious. And the first scene! YES yes yes yes! Because Isumi never gets the credit for bringing Hikaru back and he should.
And you are a genius for writing this and I hope you do write more HikaGo fic because this was just amazing.

Oh My God! I loved that part with Touya Kouyo. That was ** hilarious! I wonder why noone ever thought of bringing some of the other pros into Hikaru-Akira-bickering scenes before...
And that last line with Ogata! God I loved that!
