She is really falling in love with him now, I think, without the hate. Maybe they can find where the witch lived and study her spells. 'Course, that was done in the book. I like your twist on this tale.

It's almost sad to see Eric this way, when it's such a far cry from the controlling ** we know him as. At the same time, it's good to see him so open, so...trusting of the woman he'd used to no end, simply because he has no choice. He could sense if she was lying to him, I know, but...Elliot is really kind of forgiving him by helping him the way she is. And who can blame her? Who'd leave Eric Northman with no memory, to be hunted down and destroyed by those who would have his position? Not while Elliot's on the clock, thank you very much. :)

It seems that though Eric remembers nothing..something deeper or baser remembers Elliot. She sets him at ease..anchors him.
