Dad?

The Cartwright boys never called Ben "Dad." It was always "Pa" (maybe "Papa when they were younger.

In Chapter 1, Adam describes Sheree as being dark haird with green eyes and copper skin. In Chapter 4, when Ben and James are arguing with Sheree about he tracking the Greens, she says she is a full blooded Cherokee and will not get caught. I have never seen a full blooded Cherokee or any full blooded Native American with anything other than dark brown/black eyes.

So, you left us hanging. Is Melvin coming back for more? You got me hooked.

This is really a great story. I love the stories that show the love the family has for one another. I know if they lost all their wealth, but still had each other nothing else would matter. Even Jake has a love for his father and would do anything for him just because he is his dad. I hope the Adam can get through to him and help him understand that his father needs help.

I will be watching for more of the story. Great job. You have a great writting talent. Thanks for taking the time to write so others can enjoy. I would like to read more of your stories.
